Binsey from the north.

Skiddaw in shade

Binsey may not be a favourite, but it is nice to walk on grass, and a path with no erosion.

Ullock Pike from the lower slopes of Binsey

Looking back to the start of the walk.

Latrigg (L) and Over Water just visible (C)

Skiddaw still in shadow

Binsey's summit cairn

...and its Trig point

Looking NW to Solway Firth

Looking west from the summit

Solway Firth and the Galloway mountains

The shelter, Trig Point and Cairn.

Still sunny on the descent .

Back at the start and Ullock Pike  still in shadow
