| In May 2005 Arnside Knott was promoted Marilyn status (Marilyn's are a list of hills which have a relative height of 150m, regardless of absolute height or other merit. The name is a pun from the Scottish Munroe's) and it is the lowest Marilyn summit in England at a little over 159 metres. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

A lovely Pint in The Woodlands at Silverdale. A very unusuale pub it is too. Quite difficult to find and does not look like a pub, more like a large Victorian house.
